Kerb — a signwriter who still uses a brush. The whole page is ONE ground, #1C1C1C from the bar to the footer, with cream ink rather than white and one orange doing three jobs: the mark, the progress bar and the live headline. Category chips have 2px corners instead of pill ends and each carries its own colour. The opening is the part worth buying — a FIXED full-height scene the page scrolls THROUGH rather than past, its big condensed headline swapping through five lines while a bar creeps across the top edge and five dots light in turn. That is real scroll machinery rather than a loop: the tall band is pinned, a sticky child publishes its progress as a CSS variable, and the headline strip, the bar and every dot are arithmetic on that one number.
