A paid two-week diagnostic. We read everything you have, talk to a handful of your people, and come back with the argument — before anyone commits to a longer piece of work.
Sometimes. The work is most useful once there is something real to describe; before that, a naming sprint is usually the honest scope.
Diagnostics start at a fixed fee. Full engagements are quoted per project, not per hour, and the number does not move once it is agreed.
