Refund Policy
14 days, no reason needed. Last updated 24 September 2026.
The short version
If you buy something from DragGo and it is not what you wanted, tell us within14 days and we refund it. You do not have to explain why, and we will not make you sit through an offer to stay.
What that covers
- Paid plans — Starter, Pro and Max, within 14 days of the payment.
- Credit packs — within 14 days, as long as fewer than 10% of the credits in the pack have been spent. Credits are a real cost to us the moment they are used, which is the only reason that line exists.
- Domain packs — within 14 days of the payment.
- By DragGo All-Access — within 14 days of the payment.
What it does not cover
- Renewals. The 14 days run from each payment, so a renewal you did not want is refundable within 14 days of that renewal — but not months later. We email before a renewal so it is never a surprise.
- Templates bought from other creators. Those are sold by the creator through the creator’s own payment processor, and that money never reaches DragGo — so there is nothing here for us to refund. Contact the creator; we will help you reach them.
- Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service, for example hosting malware or phishing.
What happens to your work
Nothing. A refund ends the subscription, not the account: your projects, your published sites and your custom domains stay exactly where they are, and the account falls back to the free plan — which includes unlimited building, publishing and hosting, and one custom domain. You will not lose a site because you asked for your money back.
How to ask
One line to support@draggo.co with the email address on the account is enough. We aim to answer within one working day and to approve or explain within three.
Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Limited as the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through Paddle and returns to the card or account you paid with. Paddle will email you when it is sent. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank — usually three to five working days, occasionally up to ten.
Cancelling instead
If you simply do not want to be charged again, cancelling is the thing to do rather than asking for a refund: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. It is one button in your account.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces any right you have by law, including any right to cancel a distance purchase that applies where you live. Where the law gives you longer than 14 days, the law wins.
