Terms of Service
The agreement between you and DragGo Technologies. Last updated 24 September 2026.
Who you are agreeing with
DragGo is operated by DragGo Technologies, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. In these terms “DragGo”, “we” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the person or organisation using the service. Using DragGo means you accept what is written here.
What DragGo is
DragGo is a visual website builder. You design on a canvas, and DragGo publishes the result as HTML you own. Building, publishing and hosting are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. What a paid plan buys is the AI Agent and the credits it spends.
Your account
You need an account to publish. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@draggo.coif you think somebody else has got in, and we will help you close it off.
One person, one account. You may invite other people to a project; each of them needs their own login rather than sharing yours.
Plans, credits and what they mean
- Free is not a trial. It does not expire, and it includes unlimited projects, pages, publishing and hosting, one custom domain, and a monthly allowance of AI credits on the free models.
- Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you stop them. Each one includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period — unused plan credits do not roll over.
- Credit packs are bought once, are not a subscription, and never expire. They are spent only after that month’s plan credits are used up. A pack needs a paid plan: the AI Agent is switched off on Free, so a top-up would top up something you cannot use.
- Domain packs are their own subscription. Only one can be active at a time; buying a different tier replaces the one you have.
- By DragGo All-Access unlocks every template and component published by DragGo for the length of the pass, including anything released while it is active.
Credits measure work done, not requests made — a long page costs more than a short one. When an allowance runs out, requests already running finish and new ones wait until the next period or until you top up. Nothing else about your account stops.
Payment
Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and the reseller of everything sold here. Paddle handles the payment, collects any sales tax or VAT due, and issues your receipt. That means DragGo never sees or stores your card details. Paddle’s own terms apply to the transaction itself, and their name is what appears on your statement.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is added at checkout where the law requires it. We may change prices; a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before one takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling is not the same as ending immediately: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends — your projects and published sites stay, and the account falls back to the free plan. Credits from a pack survive too.
Refunds are covered separately on the Refund Policy.
Your content is yours
Everything you make on DragGo — your designs, text, images and the sites you publish — stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store it, to serve it to visitors of your site, and to back it up. We do not sell it, and we do not use your private projects to train anything.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for what your published sites say and do.
The Marketplace
Templates and components published by DragGo are ours to licence, and an All-Access pass covers them. Items published by other creators are sold by those creators through their own payment processor — that money never reaches DragGo, and the agreement for such a purchase is between you and the creator. We will help where we can, but we cannot refund a payment we never received.
Publishing something to the Marketplace does not give DragGo ownership of it. It gives us permission to show it, and buyers permission to use it in their own projects. You may not resell a template you bought as a template.
What you may not do
- Publish anything unlawful, or anything that infringes somebody else’s rights.
- Use DragGo to host malware, phishing pages or deceptive content.
- Attempt to break, overload or work around the limits of the service, including the credit system.
- Resell DragGo itself, or present it as your own product.
If something here is broken badly or repeatedly we may suspend an account. Where we can, we will say what happened and give you a chance to put it right first, and you can always export your work.
Uptime, and what we do not promise
We work hard to keep DragGo and the sites it hosts up, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose — and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. If a change matters to you — pricing, your rights, what we do with your work — we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using DragGo after that means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Gilgit-Baltistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
