Designing on DragGo is free. The visual canvas — building pages, publishing them live, hosting, multi-page and the full CMS — is free and unlimited, forever. You only ever pay to unlock the AI Agent and the monthly AI credits it runs on.

How AI credits work

The AI Agent spends credits as it works — reading your page, planning a change and writing the new design. Bigger, smarter models (Opus 5) cost more per action than fast ones (Sonnet 5), so you choose the model to match the task.

• Your plan refills your monthly credits on each billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
• Changing plan mid-month is different. Whatever is left of your monthly credits moves across as top-up credits, which never expire — so switching plan, in either direction, never costs you credits you have already paid for.
• Ran out mid-month? Buy a top-up pack — pack credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is gone.
• Top-up packs need a paid plan. The AI Agent is off on Free, so credits on their own would buy you nothing; the plan is what switches the Agent on and the pack is what tops it up. Start with a plan, add packs whenever you need more.
• The canvas itself (drag, style, publish, CMS) never costs credits — only the AI Agent does.

Upgrade or buy credits

1. Open the Studio and click your avatar in the bottom-left of the rail → Account.

2. Pick a plan (Starter / Pro / Max) or a credit pack. You’ll go to a secure checkout to enter payment details.

3. After payment you land on Purchases, which lists your plan, your credits and every payment. If it says Payment received — setting up, that is normal: it means the payment cleared a moment before the confirmation reached us, and the page fills in by itself.

Payments are handled by our payment provider on a secure hosted checkout — DragGo never stores your card details.

Cancelling a plan

Paid plans renew on their own each month (All-Access renews yearly) until you stop them.

1. Open the Studio, click your avatar and choose Purchases.

2. Under your plan, click the small Cancel link. You are asked twice, and the second question tells you the date you keep it until.

Cancelling stops the renewal — it does not cut you off. You keep the plan you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid, and the page counts down the days for you. Nothing further is charged.

Caution

Once that date passes you go back to Free and the plan will not restart by itself — you would have to buy it again. Your work, your projects and your published sites are untouched either way, and any top-up credits you bought stay in your account.

Your payment history

Templates you have bought are listed there too, and each one opens straight to its Marketplace page — so a template you paid for months ago is one click away rather than something to hunt for in a grid. If you have All-Access, the page shows it with a tick; if you do not, it says so and what it would unlock.

Purchases also keeps a dated history: when a subscription started, every payment taken, any cancellation, and any refund. If you are ever checking a charge on your card statement, that list is the one to compare it against.
