Workspaces

A workspace is a shared home for projects. Everything you design alone stays in Personal; anything you want other designers to open, edit or review lives in a workspace you invite them to.

Personal

Only you can see it. Every project you made before workspaces existed is here, and nothing moved.

A workspace

Its projects belong to the whole team. Everyone you invite sees the same grid, opens the same designs, and works on the same site.

The left panel has a Workspace section under your project filters. The row at the top names where you are right now — open it to see everywhere you can go.

  1. Click the workspace name to open the list.

  2. Pick Personal, or any workspace you belong to.

  3. The project grid reloads to show that workspace’s projects, and the All / Published / Drafts counts above it follow.

The section remembers whether you left it open or closed, so a rail you set up once stays the way you set it.

New workspace at the bottom of the list opens the workspace card. Give it a name — a studio, a client, a product — and it appears in the list straight away, with you as its owner.

A new workspace starts empty. Projects you create while it is selected are made inside it; projects already in Personal stay where they are.

Every workspace has at least one owner — the person who made it.
