Invite people
Owners invite by email address, not by username. The person on the other end does not need a DragGo account first — the invite is what creates one.
-
Open People & invites in the left panel’s Workspace section.
-
Pick the workspace, type their email, and choose a role — Editor to design, Viewer to look.
-
Send invite. DragGo emails them a link and shows you the same link on screen.
Always copy the link
Section titled “Always copy the link”The invite link is shown every time, next to a Copy link button, whether or not the email went out.
That is deliberate. Email delivery depends on things outside the editor — a mail server, DNS records, someone’s spam filter — and an invite that quietly failed to send is worse than no invite at all. If the card says the email could not be sent, the invite is still live: paste the link to them yourself.
What the invited person sees
Section titled “What the invited person sees”The link opens a page that names the workspace and who invited them, before asking for anything. What happens next depends on where they stand:
| Their situation | What the page offers |
|---|---|
| No DragGo account | Create account — they land in the workspace straight after signing up |
| Has an account, signed out | Sign in, then join |
| Signed in with the invited email | Join — one click |
| Signed in as somebody else | A note telling them which account the invite is for |
Before they accept
Section titled “Before they accept”Anyone you have invited but who has not joined yet is listed under the members with invited · not joined yet. That answers the question you will actually have a day later — “did I already invite them?” — without sending a second one.
