Use your own domain

Your published site already has an address. This gives it yours — karakoramcoffee.pk instead of a link with a slug on the end.

You copy two lines from one screen into another, and close the tab. Everything after that is ours: the certificate, the padlock, the redirect from the old address.

Copy the two records DragGo shows you into your registrar's DNS page. HTTPS is added for you — there is nothing to buy and nothing to install.

One domain is included

Every plan, including Free, includes one custom domain. It is not an AI feature and it does not spend credits.

Before you start

You need a domain you already own — bought from GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, or PKNIC for a .pk. You do not buy it from DragGo, and we never ask for your registrar password.

You also need the site published. A domain points at a live page; if the page is not published there is nothing for it to point at.

Connect it

1. Open your site and go to Domain.

2. Type your domain — karakoramcoffee.pk. No https://, no slash on the end.

3. DragGo shows you two records, each with a copy button. Leave that screen open.

4. In a new tab, open your registrar and find its DNS page. Every registrar names it differently — DNS Management, Manage DNS, Advanced DNS, Zone Editor — but the fields are always the same three.

5. Add both records exactly as shown, and save.

6. Close the tab. We keep checking on our own and email you when it is live.

The two records

The first one makes karakoramcoffee.pk work. The second makes www.karakoramcoffee.pk work. Add both — visitors type it both ways, and one of them will always redirect to the other.

The Name field is where this goes wrong

Not the values — the Name. Some registrars want @ for the domain itself, some want it left blank, and some want the whole karakoramcoffee.pk typed out. All three mean the same thing, and picking the wrong one is invisible: nothing appears, and no error is shown anywhere.

If nothing has happened after ten minutes, that field is the first place to look.

What happens next

Nothing you need to watch. Refreshing does not make DNS faster.

• We check for your records every minute at first, then less often.
• The moment they appear, we get a certificate and start serving your site.
• Usually live within ten minutes. Sometimes a few hours, depending on your registrar.
• If nothing appears within 48 hours we stop checking and tell you which record we could not find.

HTTPS

There is nothing to do. The padlock is issued, installed and renewed for you, free, for as long as the domain is connected. You never see a certificate and you never renew one.

Your old address still works

sites.draggo.co/your-slug keeps working and redirects to your domain — permanently, so every link you have already shared moves with you and nothing you posted last month is broken.

The redirect matters for more than convenience. If one page answered at two addresses, a search engine would count it as two sites and split whatever ranking either had earned. One address, one site.

While you are waiting

The screen tells you what we actually looked for, which is usually enough to fix it yourself:

stopped checking after 48 hours	Nothing ever appeared. Check the Name field, and that you edited the right domain.

Which address is the real one

karakoramcoffee.pk and www.karakoramcoffee.pk both work, and one of them is the canonical one — the address your site officially lives at, and the one search engines record. The other redirects to it. DragGo uses the bare domain by default, because that is what people type and what fits on a card.

Disconnecting

Remove the domain in DragGo and it stops serving immediately — the certificate is deleted and the address is freed for you to use elsewhere.

Unpublishing the site does the same thing on its own: a site that is not live does not answer at your domain either.
